Stay/Play Where the Pros Play
CordeValle Resort, a secluded 1,700 acre retreat tucked in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains, is a favorite luxury getaway oasis and golf destination. Guests experience the same pristine conditions that the pros do, on the 7,169-yard championship level golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr.
The resort has been host to major competitions including the PGA TOUR’s Frys.com Open and the 2011 PGA Cup. This September 21-26, CordeValle welcomes its first USGA Championship, the Senior Women’s Amateur event.
First Stop of the 2013-14 PGA TOUR Season
The Frys.com Open will be returning to CordeValle October 9–13th. This year, as the inaugural event of the 2013-14 PGA TOUR season, the event is certain to draw even more great talent to its already impressive roster, which has featured many of the world’s best players, including Tiger Woods, Ernie Els, Phil Mickelson, Bubba Watson, Rickie Fowler, Louis Oosthuizen and Webb Simpson.
The venue is spacious, providing excellent viewing opportunities, up close with your favorite players. The tournament is supported by more than 1,200 dedicated volunteers, and in 2012 awarded $1,000,000 in tournament proceeds to charity.
